Postage

FREE shipping on Australian orders over $50 We use Registered Postal services.

Delphinidae.com.au will endeavour to post your item to you within 24-48hours of receiving your payment.

Expected Delivery in Australia : For In Stock (2-5 days), For On Order (3-4 weeks). Generally everything on the Website is In Stock (and this will be displayed), however in cases where popular items get sold quickly, we will endeavour to replenish our stock and make every effort to get your order delivered soon as we can. Should there be any delays, we will contact you immediately.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the parcel to arrive. We post all of our items via Australia Post at the lowest possible cost to our customers.

We have a flat rate for postage across Australia of $4.95. With no minimum purchase, Orders over $50 qualify for Free Delivery.

We will happily post to an international location, for the cost of which will be quoted via email on request.

We offer FREE Gift Wrapping . Please feel free to choose our range of Gift wrapping options, colours, and designs.

Select Gift Cards Category. If you would like us to write a message in the card please write this in the Comments box on the checkout page or leave it blank if you'd like to add the message yourself. We can post your items directly to the recipient, fully Gift Wrapped. Write down details in the Comment Box and full accurate delivery address in Comments box.

Returns & Exchanges

Here at delphinidae.com.au, we would like all of our customers to shop with ease and comfort knowing that, should the item you purchase is faulty in some way, we will gladly return and/or exchange it for you, so long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Due to health regulations, earrings, toe rings and other piercing items are strictly non-refundable, unless they are faulty. We do not refund for change of mind however we can issue a eCredit minus postage for your next purchase.

All returned products must be in original condition and/or packaging (unworn and unsoiled), returned to us in the same condition. Should returned items be used, soiled and/or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange.

On receipt of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 24 hours, unless you have chosen an exchange, in which case, your newly chosen item will be posted out to you within 24 hours (if in stock)

Postage costs for returned items (both the initial charges, plus those incurred returning the item) will not be refunded, unless the item was found to be faulty.
